Our highly experienced Wedding Coordinators will look after all of your wedding day needs and will support you in the run up to your day. The role of our wedding coordinators is to ensure that everything goes smoothly and safely – they will provide you with all the information you require about the venue. They will be with you on the day of your wedding until you sit down for the wedding breakfast, which is when your caterers will take over.

As Director of Operations, I oversee all areas that make Ufton such a special place — from our weddings and events to catering, facilities, and site management. Over the past eight years with the charity, including my time as Head of Weddings and Special Events, I’ve developed a real passion for creating unforgettable experiences. I love seeing the joy that Ufton brings to our couples and guests and feel privileged to be part of it.

Wedding and Special Events Coordinator
I bring a unique behind-the-scenes perspective to Wedding Coordination through my experience working in the wedding industry managing the in-house catering team. Being part of many wedding days has given me a strong understanding of timelines, logistics, and how important clear communication and teamwork are to ensure a smooth day. I'm very excited for this new venture as a Wedding Coordinator and to a create unforgettable, special days for our couples.

Senior Wedding and Special Events Coordinator
In the time that I have been at Ufton, I have been lucky enough to co-ordinate & be a part of many couples’ special day. I love seeing how each bride & groom style their wedding and watching their initial plans and ideas that we’ve discussed in the months leading up to the day, come to life. Having run many dance shows over the years, I am used to overseeing large events & making sure people are in the right place at the right time! I always aim to do everything I possibly can to ensure that couples have the most amazing day at Ufton Court.

I’m a creative and friendly wedding coordinator who loves helping couples bring their unique vision to life. I’m new to the wedding industry, but I’m highly organised, detail oriented, and big on clear communication. My goal is to keep the planning process smooth and stress free so couples feel supported, confident and excited every step of the way to their big day!
